John White from Christ Church, Clacton is taking part in a 21 mile Hospital Hero Hike on Saturday, 4th October. He will be raising funds for the cancer ward at Colchester Hospital. John will be present at the Synod meeting in Chelmsford on 11th October if anyone would like to make a donation to this worthy cause.
