Chaplaincy360 provides an innovative and dynamic Chaplaincy service to the staff and students of South Wales. We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the role of Chaplaincy Support and Communications Worker.

Location: Treforest Campus (with travel across sites) Hours: Full-time (including occasional evenings and weekends)

About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding role combining administration, communications, and digital engagement. You will support the Chaplaincy’s mission by ensuring its work is well-coordinated, visible, and impactful across both physical and digital spaces.

Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to Chaplaincy leadership
• Coordinate meetings, events, and chaplaincy activities
• Create and manage engaging digital content (website and social media)
• Support student engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and community-building
• Assist in the day-to-day running of the Chaplaincy centre (Meeting House)
• Work collaboratively with staff, students, and volunteers

About You
You will be: • Committed to pastoral care and faith-based values
• Highly organised with strong communication skills

• Confident working in a multi-faith, multicultural environment
• Digitally capable, including social media and content creation
• Empathetic, discreet, and collaborative in your approach

Desirable: Experience in social media management, video editing, or pastoral/community work.
