United Reformed churches around the UK are invited to mark Disability Awareness Sunday (DAS) 2026. The official date is 27 September 2026, but churches can celebrate on a date that works for them.  Watch out for other online/local Disability Awareness Week events (20-27 Sept). The DAS 2026 theme, ‘One Body, Many Parts’, draws on 1 Corinthians 12 and celebrates the truth that the Church is not complete without disabled people. A free, creative service resource is available to download from charity Through the Roof, packed with ideas for the theme.

The resource is written by Triona Brading, a young autistic Christian author, ministry trainee and Roofbreaker disability champion with Through the Roof. She brings insight, joy and fresh perspectives to our understanding the Body of Christ.

●      A 6-min video for use in worship, plus two other short videos on the theme

●      Ready-to-use service ideas, with Bible notes, song ideas and prayers

●      Practical ideas for all-age worship and youth activities sheet.
