
This interactive online training will equip you with the knowledge, practical skills and confidence to recognise signs of poor mental health, approach supportive conversations and guide adults towards appropriate help.
The course is delivered online across four live sessions. Each session includes a mix of group discussion, activities and evidence-based learning, led by an MHFA England–qualified Instructor.

You will need to attend all four sessions to complete the full qualification.
