GOSPEL4ALL Podcasts

An encouraging update

Back in June 2025 I shared news about the GOSPEL4ALL podcasts, videos and interviews which are freely available on a designated YouTube channel. These resources are produced by a group of Christians in the Cambridge area. There is currently a total of 94 videos hosted on the site.

I was first involved with this project back in 2024 and shared in a few podcasts on the theme of discipleship. These podcasts were linked in part with my book- Discipleship, Biblical, Contemporary and Personal Reflections on Christian Discipleship (this book is now available from the URC bookshop). However, my main involvement was in a Christmas podcast which was posted on 12th December 2025. This podcast focused upon the message at the heart of Christmas- the podcast was titled – Jesus when hope came down”. This podcast is currently the most watched podcast from the Gospel4All platform with 5250 views. Also, it is encouraging to hear positive feedback from several viewers and from some Church leaders who said they used some (or all) of this podcast within segments of their Christmas outreach events and services.

Over the past three years the GOSPEL4ALL podcasts have reached a growing audience. In the first year (2023) total views were 634. In 2024 this had grown to 12450, and in 2025 the total views reached was 31005. It is encouraging to see this ministry connecting with many people and the hope is that a total of 50,000+ views can be reached at the end of 2026.

As a follow-up to the Christmas podcast, I along with Peter Sammons and Dan Holland recorded two new podcasts on key parts of the Easter theme. The first explores the crucifixion and the second the resurrection. Each podcast looks at placing these events in a historical and Biblical context and then explores our responses to these events. There is also a free link to download a booklet titled “The Evidence for the Resurrection” written by Norman Anderson.

I am very pleased to be part of this outreach and apologetical resource – and I hope many reading this from the Synod and beyond may see and share this latest Easter podcast.
