Members of the Old Independent United Reformed Church in Haverhill held a D Day themed Coffee Morning on Saturday 8th June, dressing in a war time theme, serving tea, coffee and cakes.  Cakes were made with war time ingredients, jam tarts were on offer, and music from the era was played during the morning.     

Suffolk Family History Group supplied a wonderful display on Haverhill’s War Generation and the build-up to D Day.
