JOB OPPORTUNITY
Burnham on Crouch and Christ Church Southminster United Reformed Churches are looking to appoint a Community Development Worker.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop work in the communities of Southminster and Burnham on Crouch and the wider Dengie peninsula in Essex.

Could you develop and build on existing work as well as initiate new things alongside community partners?
Are you a good team worker who is self-motivated?
Do you enjoy working with people of all ages?
Do you have the experience and energy to recruit, manage and support volunteers?
Are you open to the challenge and excitement of a developing role?
If so, this could be the job for you, so read on….
£24 – 28,000 (pro rota)- 30 hours a week,
with the possibility of hours increasing if the work expands and funding is secured.
We would be willing to consider a job share
This is a 5-year fixed-term contract
