Over 20% of people in the UK are disabled people (Family Resources Survey 2022).

Not all disabilities are visible, but disabled people are still underrepresented in UK churches – especially in positions of responsibility.

Through the Roof works with churches so everyone’s presence and gifts are valued.

Everyone has unique God-given gifts to share – that’s the theme of this year’s Disability Awareness Sunday on 17 September 2023 (or a day of your choice). Hear about Ashleigh’s gifts in her video in our resource pack (see below).
