What is a Mission Review and why do we need one?

We are committed to supporting our churches, to making sure we use our resources responsibly, and as missionally as possible. With over 100 churches in Eastern Synod, the mission review is designed to be a useful and inspiring process.  A process that will hopefully identify opportunities for Synod officers and committees to assist the church with what they are already doing or with new projects. It is a good tool for churches to think about where they are and what God might be saying to them, and a way to give the committees and officers of Synod an overview of the missional life of all the Synod churches. We ask all churches to complete a mission review, for both property and mission grants. Get in touch with our Mission and Training Officer: training@urceastern.org.uk as soon as you are thinking about a grant.
